They got ice on his hammy straight away & he seemed to be walking ok with a slight limp so hopefully its just a strain although in the second half Joe Colbeck give the tranny full back loads of problems

I thought we were fooked once he went off and we struggled to get anything going in the first half.Second half different story and 2-0 is a good result but Tranmere will feel lucky at only losing by 2 goals at the Fortress. We could and should have buried them and if they are one of the better teams then trust me we will be playing Championship next season. They got away with only conceding the two

I expected a lot harder game, but thought they were very poor.
Having said that you can only beat whats's put in front of you.
I reckon JJ will be ok for next week, must have come of to save him, shame the run from his own half into the opposing box didn't reasult in a goal though.

Hi you lot
I used to be "I should be the manager on the old boards "
Just found out about this site as I have stayed away because of the drivell on the club site.
I have been keeping up with the matches and it looks like a bright start to the season.
JJ is doing well but I think we can manage to cover him for a week or so.
It disn't sound like anything serious.
I think I could get used to being back and I think this site is good.
Cheers

Thanks for the warm welcome back Baldy
I know it took me a while but i was very dishertened by the old boards and I thought I would just avoid things for a while.
jump: But I have returned to grace your pages with my words of wisdom and wit and sometimes with the other that ryhmes with it.
Good win today it sounded like we were all over them in the 2nd half.
Cheers.
