Reading between the lines from Todds post match interviews, he wanted MBW to play, but the player de-selected himself.

It suggested that MBW may have had a knock and Todd felt he could play, but the player was not prepared to play for the course.

Add this to Ricketts who was not going to play due to his toe injury, requiring Todd to suggest that unless he did he would bring a goalie in on loan for a month and play him for a month, thereby FORCING him to play.

This is indicative of a team who are not prepared to run through brick walls for a manager and suggests lack of man management skills.

With respect to the should he stay or go, a significant factor in any decision taken by Rhodes will be the financial settlement.

How long has Todd got remaining on his contract?

CT is taking the team nowhere -- he should just up and walk away
Ange did ok they say -- when will Toddy give him another chance? -- why keep Swifty if he wont play him? -- Why say that JoCo is not up to it before he gets his full game? etc etc etc it goes on and on

Would you walk away with a guaranteed wage packet every week for the next two and a half seasons?... no.. Julie has to bite the bullet and fire CT.

How bad does it have to get???

With that kind of reasoning, he could carrying on losing, relegate us, and he would still be in a job. No fans though at the ground, they have all gone into therapyjawdrop:
