6 games without a win, including 5 defeats.

Crewe in the cup, and we never win in the cup.

To me, this is the biggest litmus test of a managers strengths. Motivating players when they have to work to get them up for a game.

Sheff Utd & Scunthorpe can get up for cup games because they have managers who instill never say die attitudes.

How many cup games have we won under Todd (I recall Rochdale away last year).

If we lose that game, we have Oldham away and they are on a good run. That could be 8 games without a win.

Very few managers would survive that.

If we got to that point, I think the judgment day would be home to Bournemouth. A failure to win here would put us on 9 games with 2 away games coming up and probably in the bottom 5.

Hopefully we'll win the next 4 on the bounce and the above will not come true.

I cant imagine how bad it will get. We need more players, we need more leaders on the pitch. We need a partner for Windass.
The priority has to be, imo, leadership from the top. We are drifting. JR wants us to be in the play offs but doesnt provide the funds for a squad.
Its time for JR to take the bull by the horns. How long have been saying that?

We can't afford to give him 2 more games. He has to go now.

The frightening thing is if we haven't the money to get rid and he knows it then we really are fooked

I was at a party at Derby County on Friday and I pleaded with them to take him back.........they laughed and said no.

Exactly, we know how useless he is after seeing hundreds of games under Todd, what difference will 2 more do?

This last month has shown things for how they really are. Todd, any decent manager, should have seen the way the league was panning out and realised it was there for the taking. Nobody was really doing anything. One win would have put us in a fighting postion and he still chose to sit back from what I can see. Now it's difficult for me to comment on match performances since second hand feedback is all I can get, but the stats and figures last month spoke for themselves and Todd should have responded to that.

Because he doesn't have the money.
