It must be Todd, He accepted the mandate of management knowing the tools he had to work with (finance etc.) so its time for him to take some responsiblity instead of passing the buck all the time

I chose multiple choice so i could blame Rhodes and Turd but it only let me choose one - i agree ultimately that Turd is to blame, many managers have achieved much more with much meagre resources than Turd has had - ultimatly he aint up to the job - not unless folk are willing to accept mediocrity!!...

Seriously I'd have to say all of them.
Julian Rhodes because he doesn't have to ball to sack Colin Todd, he talks a good game like they all do at Valley Parade by saying we are aiming for the play-offs but when push comes to shove he seems to be happy with treading water in League 1 otherwise he'd change it.
Colin Turd because he has lost the majority of the fans and seems to have lost the players too. He chats **** all the time blames people for his short comings and seems intent to just milk city for as much as he can before he retires.
Backroom/Coaching Staff because seriously what do they do in training? On a Saturday they look like they have never played together at times and our set piece moves are garbage.
The players because there are very few who would beable to hold their heads high and say they give 100% every game. I thought Graham was crap but having seen Eddie Johnson yesterday Graham in comparison looks like Maradona.

Hi Rick-is it because he doesn't have the balls to sack Todd or is it that he can't afford to sack him? Maybe you guys know more about his contract than I do, but it might be the financial payout if he did sack Todd, would be crippling. Cheers.

Its The Fans Fault, Next Time We Play Blackpool Maybe We Shud Try To Take Less Fans?

Think it's more todo with the fact we couldn't afford to sack him, Heck - i've got more money in the bank than Bradford City AFC/Bradford City Ltd have and i'm overdrawn!
