He has been having Physio at Derby, thier Physio says he is ok, but he turns up at City and says hes not ok -- strange or what!!! -- is he up for it???

The physio might say hes ok but Holmes might feel he isnt 100% fit yet no point in playing unfit hell just make the injury worse

The cynic in me says there may another club sniffing around him and his agent with a possibly transfer to go ahead in Jan - stay injury free and any deal is more likely to go ahead than not.

If so that is one of the negatives of the strategy our club has adopted with relying on loanees - we will have to live with. If there is a chance we would be signing any of the loanees - they would all be playing out of their skins - not just Doyle and Parker.

Could be true about another Club interested as we are almost certain to get Doyle until the end of the season, but Derby are holding back on Holmes,interesting, ??????????????????
