View Full Version : Don't know if I can be arsed today

I mean why bother, after seeing us defend a 1 goal defeat on boxing day until we decided to do something about it 2 minutes from the end why bother turning up to watch what will no doubt be another shambles today.

There is no effort from the team anymore and most seem to just go through the motions. I can take being beaten by a better side, I can take getting hammered by a far superior side, I can put up with being played off the pitch but one think I can't stand is little or no effort and that is what we get every single game down at City nowadays.

Todd seems content with 1-0 defeats as was shown on Tuesday because even though we lose the defeats are of the nature to really put any pressure on him.

I think it will be a last minute desision today on whether I go or not as I can think of 101 other things to do this afternoon rather than see Colin Todd sitting in the dugout doing nothing and wishing he was elsewhere.

A couple of like for like changes when losing and not a shot on target till the 89th minute when you have been behind for 75 min is all Todd does to earn his money, a fecking chimp could do that, and make a better job of it.

I know exactly what you mean Rick, it's like a chore going to watch Bradford City at the moment. I'm a season tocket holder though so feel obliged to go. It's also the thought of, 'what if I don't go and we win and I miss it.'

I'll be there but I'll be taking the iPod with me again to relieve the boredom a little if we play like we usual do.

I'm 90% sure we are going - but the thought of watching another bore festival is making it undesirable.

Just read Juniors program notes on the Official site, he says he is happy with "the much improved home form where we went from March to September undefeated", Note to Junior we don't actually play during 3 of those months.
