It could even be a journalist getting the wrong end of the stick and that Wethers was asking to be made permanent till the end of the season, which is what has happened.

If there was any truth in this, where did the reporter get his info? And why is he the only reporter to be in on the know? Does he have a secret spy camera installed in the VP offices in case he's low on stories for the week?

Whats to say Wethers hasnt spoken to him 'anonymously'?? After all 'anynomity' is something which he is growing a reputation for both on and off the pitch!!:wet:
