We already have....

DONOVAN RICKETTS
DAVID WETHERALL
SIMON AINGE
MARK BOWER
EDDIE JOHNSON
DEAN WINDASS
MATTHEW CLARKE
OMAR DALEY
JOE COLBECK

Who or what players do you think Macca will be in for??

I reckon we need at bare minimum to start with...

1 x GK
1 x LB
1 x RB
3 x CM
1 x LM
2 x CF

Windass is a none starter... List below allows 20 first team squad players.. Last season including loans we ended up with 28 players..

--------------------------DONOVAN RICKETTS -------------------------

--RB--------------MARK BOWER---MATTHEW CLARKE--------------LB

OMAR DALEY---------- CM-------------CM------------------------LM----

----------------------EDDIE JOHNSON-------CF-----------------------

Subs/Squad players GK----DAVID WETHERALL--- LB--RB/cd---CM-LM--JOE COLBECK---CF--CF/AM

Bentham, Ainge, Sayor, Penford may fill some of the empty slots i reckon..If they stay that is..

Benthams good enough to be given a regular 1st team place as holding midfielder!!!

Don't forget Lukey for left back.
And Lukey's hot tip for the season, he reckons Ben Saynor is going to be knocking on the door.

Hopkins providing cover for right back.

EJ top provide cover for midfield and up front if Macca can get his signings in both departments?

Sorry, but I disagree.
Ricketts made some great saves this season and if it wasn't for him, we would have lost more games, and lost the ones we did lose by bigger margins.
OK so he dropped some clangers, but he was no worse than anyone else, and certainly no worse than the defence in front of him. The defence always relied on Ricketts to bail them out, and therefore he was always expected to make last minute saves, which would never be 100% successful.

I can see Windass going. He has already told people that he want's to stay at Hull and has asked Hull to look at the possiblity.

Also can't see Wetherall playing. Think he will move more into a coaching role

i think the midfield is the crucial part to get right first. last season we didn't score enough goals so that is a priority too. defensively we obviously need to sharpen up but i think the scoring was a bigger problem and not keeping teams under pressure. i would therefore expect midfield/strikers to be the first recruitment drive.

I disagree, he was like Dracula, hated crosses and every team knew last season and bombed in the crosses to the 6 yard box.

Do you think the managers in the 4 division will not know this or find out??????:(
