Stuart McCall is to be unvieled as Bradford City's new manager to home fans in a pre-season friendly against Glasgow Rangers.

Walter Smith, a former manager of McCall's during his successful stint north of the boarder has agreed to the gesture and also to allow Bradford to retain all gate reciepts.

A 20,000+ gate is expected to swelled by in excess of 10,000 Scottish supporters. The game will be repeat of McCall's testimonial game.

Funds from receipts are likely to exceed £400,000 and will be provided to the manager for player acquisitions.

Bradford City are liaising with local police before confirming the date.
