In no particular order here is how i see things right now..Everything subject to change of course..
Liverpool
With Torres about to be unveiled the future looks bright for next seasons tilt...##
Torres and Kyut should be a pretty decent front two...With Crouch on the bench and doing what i think he is better at ie quick impact when the chips are down i still reckon they need another more than decent striker ... Big spenders this term..No excuses
Man Utd
Have to produce this season like Liverpool as they break the bank to bring players in...Some real quality in their side this coming season... Massive spenders this term..No excuses...
Chelsea
The usual shift in/out as players who cannot cut it are sent back to the leagues where they can.. Squad has been strengthened in the right areas and for me i reckon if Lamps and the rest sign on this could be a classic battle between the usual top four..
Arsenal
Lost Henry, will that be a problem or as usual will Wenger be proved right on allowing players to go..The Brazillian Croat looks a top prospect and with his kids now firmly bedded in a decent stalwart centre back could be the only thing they need IMHO to put on a title tilt..
At the moment i am excited about what the top four are doing and once again my tip for Party crashers at the top four table is Spurs who will defo be there or there abouts...

Man Yoo - need a striker IMO!!
Liverpool - still 2 or 3 players away from being "genuine" title challengers over a consistant season, will/should do well in the cups tho....
Chelsea need another striker too IMO - will be interesting to see who goes and stays....Mallouda looks to be coming, but Robben looks to be going - looks like its one in, one out, will be interesting to see what happens with Crespo and Shevva.....
Arsenal - still 2 or 3 years away from being genuine challengers again, need 1 or 2 top players or an injury free team (including Van Persie for the whole campaign) to make an impact this time round.....top 4!!
Think the top 4 will remain the top four this season again - should be a little bit closer tho hopefully!!
Spurs will be not far off - dark horses this season will be Newcastle and West Ham - expect them to be challenging up there with Spurs, at the expense of Bolton and Blackburn.....Everton will be strong too, full of character, and some great players in Arteta and Cahill - Nugent up top with AJ at the expense of Beattie could see a cup win IMO for the toffees!!!

Chelsea have that bloke from Bayern...Pizarro?? Very good striker....
With Sheva if he stays Drogba and that fast fooker who comes off the bench i reckon they are very strong now up front Matty...

No team in the top 4 has excuses liverpool havent been good enough and even with torres still are not good enough to beat manure or chelsea they need a quality RB LW RW and another quality CB Arsenal will not get in the top 4 this year and i think Chelsea will fight the mighty pool into 2nd place. This years 4th place will go to Newcastle im sure of it.I dont like big sam at all i just have this feeling him and the toon are gonna click.
Gooners to finish 7th behind Spurs and Sunderlandtup:

man u will win it i think. liverpool, although they look to have made a good signing in torres will predictably start slowly and drop valiable points away from Anfield. It seems to be in their mindset, I would be suprised if they challenge seriously for the title but really they should be doing with the players they have acquired.
