Krasner was on the radio this morning saying they were going to sell it and were expecting bids of about £5,000,000.

If KPMG are selling L##ds again does that mean they are back in administration? Does that mean they should be docked a further 10 points?

The CVA was never agreed to, even though they got the required amount of votes, because someone has challenged it...........

Then again Bates changed the CVA by offering 8p in the pound, so you might be right

As far as I know they have never been out of Administration and its the administrators who are selling the company. Anyone bidding whatever amount will also be taking on the debts so its not going to be a cheap buy. You can add £35 million to the bid price.

yes but then surely you bring the company out of admin witha new CVA???????????
therefore once again erradicating all the debt - to a degree!!!!! Is this right dont know, sounds like an SFB question

exactly, so they are still in administration pending a CVA agreement?

yes but they never came out as the IR opposed it so a 10 point deduction wouldnt come into play on this occasion

Surely the club can not be sold anyway???

If it is sold i expect big Ken to sue everybody left right and cantre...AND WIN! The CVA was agreed and KPMG said that everything was above board so really the IR should just bugger off!!

The CVA wasn't agreed though, hence the court action. Either way Leeds have to come out of admin by the start of the season

What other option do they have? Not put it up for sale and they don't get to start the season, put it up for sale and there is a better chance

The scum will come out of this smelling of roses the football league wouldnt dare let them not start the season.Unfortunately they are too big a club for the league to lose and im sure they will bend over backwards to help them.

I hope master bates retains control of the club as he is so dodgy they will get caught doing something wrong and get points taken off :D
