Had a call from Goals today. The BBC are making a documentary on one of the opposition players, and he's playing in tomorrow nights game. They asked me if I minded us being filmed. Not at all said I! I knew I'd play football on TV if I stuck at it.

I'm fulfilling my commitment to finish the season playing for for TFT tonight, then thats it for me on a Thursday.....just won back to back promotions with the Tuesday team and i ache like fook on a Thursday, so one of em has to give, i'm the fookin grandad for not only idle rangers and the football team - but i was when playing for C&B too, a 32 year old throwing a 15 stone frame around takes some recovering from :D, plus our lass is keen to go to some sort of dance aerobics class thing which is on both tuesday and thursday - so its kinda selfish that i hog both nights.....

As for fookin aching all the time, if you actually saved some shots once in a while rather than spending all your time bending over picking the ball out of the net you wouldn't ache as much.

They were filming a West Indian lad who plays for Mustapha . He's a good lad but not sure why they were filming him
