He said he has a couple of places where he wants a bit of quality. League 1 standard players at least.

I think wee need a striker first and foremost. And a right back. Then we can cut free Joynes and Harban and send them both home.
We have a lot of midfielders so if we are going to drop EJ then I'd think there's enough options to fill his spot and we can then reassess that in January.

why drop EJ now? - that goal will have given him a big boost.
