Firm disposes of assets

Saltaire-based electronics firm Filtronic has announced the completion of the disposal of the business and assets of its defence business in the USA.

The defence business, based in Hudson, New Hampshire, has gone to TRU Holdings, a Delaware-based corporation, for a maximum gross consideration of approximately $4.9 million.

Of this figure $3.4 million is payable on completion and the balance represents contingent deferred and earn out consideration.

Filtronic are always selling off their US arms!! Nothing new here they are constantly starting & selling new research divisions
