I can not see the bussiness acumen behind this deal.

We won't cough up £55k for a player everyone knows is something a little special - he can score goals ffs - something we need desperatly - with Big Bald Baz - barn door, Cows arse - banjo all spring to minid - Thorne - clearly he is going to be that to Steve Redmands side - spending more time on his bench than on the pitch and DAVE - who blows hot and cold.....

IF we take him on a long term loan - everyone gets to see him play and snap him up from under our nose's for a small fee - none of which city would recieve.

put your hand in your pocket Mr Lawn - as you said we had funds for Macca to spend - your in the same mold as JR as far as I am concerned.

I don't understand how we can loan him anyway since he's been released by his club?

I reckon thats it. Personally can't see why he'd want to join City if he's that good - I'd be tempted to leave well alone.

Strange that he is out of contract, we can't sign him now, because his old club want compo, yet we can sign him on loan in January. On loan from who??

Unless he is about to sign for an forward thinking club as a gamble that he is as good as they say, and be loaned out to gain experience in English football.

Either another Bull :poo: story or we get him right and then hand him back and get no benefit.

Not rocket science, but how is this good business, for the sake of £55k (or 399 season tickets!)

I also don't understand how we're paying compo if they've released him.
You only pay compo for someone who's under 24 when they've been offered a contract by their club on equal to or more money than they were on before.
