first offer of 15 quid per game secures the ticket.

Liverpool were awesome last night too. I shudder to think what the score had been had they got out of second gear.

Sing when your winning springs to mind..

Getting a win against one of the shittest sides to enter the Champs League isn't much to crow about especially as they humped you last week..

As for the Season Ticket thing who cares if you go or not mate...Your choice...You have paid your money and the Rhodesmeister has seen you off to the tune of £138 after you bleated about never stepping through the turnstiles at VP ever again or lining his pockets..

You have done both so 2-0 JR mithinks...

Good business sense selling your seast on though as at least it will get a proper fan in. tup:

Stick to Anfield Dave...Wait on sorry you do not go their either do you...Nor Celtic???

What does amuse me is how you slate Strachan whilst he season after season outshines what O'Squeal did there and he doesnt have a Larsson in his squad to get him 200 goals a season...Yet Rafa struggling after spending millions and millions on his just as pump as last season in the Prem league squad is still a legend..

You have a pop at Rhodes for his Chairmanship yet do not bleat about Liverpool being 500 million in debt i think it is now isnt it???

No Champs League will be a dream to watch only gutted that they managed to beat those donkeys last night...Although Porto beating Marseille has almost certainly ensured you will finish in the Uefa this season...

Game on Mr Faldo...

P W D L F A GD PTS
1 FC Porto 4 2 2 0 5 3 2 8
2 Marseille 4 2 1 1 5 3 2 7
3 Liverpool 4 1 1 2 10 4 6 4
4 Besiktas 4 1 0 3 2 12 -10 3

If Liverpool win both of their final games by just 1 goal, Marseille would have to beat Besiktas by 5 or more goals. If Liverpool win a game by more than 1 goal, it becomes even harder for Marseille. Or am I reading this wrong?

Marseille and Porto will both do Besiktas.... Placing them on 10 and 11pts...

Liverpool have to win both their final games otherwise out they pop..

If Marseille had won last night i would have given Liverpool a chance but they didn't and i cannot see them winning both their last games....

Or am i reading this wrong???????

In fact when Marseille beat Besiktas in their next game...If Liverpool do not win they are out...

Simple as that...Not rocket science....

Obviously they need to win both games. That's not rocket science. But benitez says they have to win both games then "wait and see". I think there's apretty good chance they'll go through if they win both games. Porto is at anfield, so they have a good shot. Marseille is away, isn't it? It's below freezing and the pitch is artificial so the results out there are never predictable.

In the unlikely event that Besiktas beat Marseille, won't a win against porto, then a draw get Liverpool through?

Well done...But beating a side who are in the bottom half of their table and struggling, or beating a Turkish side who are **** and even Celtic would be able to do is hardly anything to brag about...

Liverpool made hard work out of probably the easiest group and results went their way... They were expected to get through as Group toppers and didn't they were lucky..

Marseille were shocking last night as were the Turks previously..Just shows how shite Liverpool were in the first matches...

But there you go..
