Since he came back into the squad - why some continue to worship him is beyond me - he's ok as a striker in the squad end of.

Sorry have to disagree he was our best player yesterday by some distance

He made a couple of decent passes and a couple of good tackles but went missing for large spells. Perkins ran him and Bullock ragged yesterday.

He should be pushing forward to support the front 2 but never makes the runs. He seems reluctant or unsure about whether he's a defensive midfielder or an attacking midfielder

He goes missing because he can't read the game at all. He just ball watches, doesn't actually watch the opposition players to see where they are going, and as a result he's constantly out of position.

Yeah, EJ was 100% to blame for the last two defeats, soley resposible, if only Evans was in there we would have won both games easily!

Yet another scapegoat!! jawdrop:

park bantam must be one of Garlic Breaths customers if he thought EJ was our best player yesterday - surely the goalscorer horne should take that award - also came close on 2 or 3 other attempts.

Northern, I don't blame the player more the management that think he can be a midfield player and leave Penford, our most creative midfielder, on the bench.

Penford is not good enough, he is like 22 now and has seen this club have at least 5 managers and not one of them thought he was good enough for the1st team. they cant all be wrong

Still don't get why Rhodes hasn't got a shout on the left wing with Nix coming into the centre with Bullock. Has he pissed in Stu's tea or summat?

Agree completely!

Nix isn't a winger, surely he'll be better in the middle? I don't think Penford is good enough either, his assist against Bury was quality but he didn't do anything else in the game and is too lightweight imo.

Good call on Rhodes - obviously don't shine the shoes like EJ!

I'd love the lad Perkins in our midfield, he was quality. Either that or another big, strong ball winner

We need someone like Mick Kennedy or Greg Abbott / Stu in there to kick butt.
