Interesting team selection tomorrow, Medley also starts but the Phelan one is strange!

It says the EJ has already gone - has he gone to another club, or just gone off in a huff? Phelan selection is strange, but fairplay to Stuart, maybe there are some scouts at the game looking at Phelan and he is just putting him in the shop window. Should be a good game tmrw with loads of players wanting to prove themselves.

Taken his bat and taken up hockey in the Central league as a goalkeeper.

RE Phelan >>> Stuart is short on numbers but being very fair on those who have shown maturity and respect. Showing the rest that he is hard but fair and wants tryers in his teams.

I cant believe he isnt keeping Phelan on, he clearly likes him or else he wouldnt be starting the last game of the season, and as previously said, Mccall wants players who want to be here and put in 100% and to me that is scott phelan. I dont see the problem, with offering him a 1 year deal (cause he cant be on much money and is very young) and maybe loan him out for a couple months like with Colbeck and see how the lad gets on.

To me Phelan is a player who always tries his best, and even though his best might not be as good as Bullock's best, Phelan is alot younger and definitely has potential

I think in an ideal world - where Stu has some flexibility and he had some spare cash - he might have gone for your option - money for Phelan will be taken up by someone else within their wages - it will probaly be a little more quality - rather than quantity (with some having potential) this next season. I just hope there will be the numbers to cope with injuries.

down to the fans now to back Stu by buying the great priced season tickets - If we can get 9,000+ adults and 2,000 juniors then that would help.

Can anyone who went to Wycombe tell me how Taylforth played?

According to the 'News of the World' he and one other got the top mark of 7,

according to Simon Parker in the T&A, he got 5 and looked out of his depth!!!

bizarre ratings one way or another

They were all pretty poor JS. I think Brown looked lively, Taylforth wasn't too bad but to be honest dont think anybody was actually watching the game, Medley probably played the best but thats not to say anybody was that good.

Poor game, typical nothing at stake game
