Available on a free after not having his contract renewed by the blades. Would be a decent permenant signing would it not?
To be honest - I thought this would be the player Stuart was bringing last week rather than Furman on loan.

I thought he was on-loan somewhere?

He's been on trial at Plymouth, but they decided not to sign him.

Didn't rate him tbh.

More optimistic about Furman's prospects.

I think given that we've signed Furman on loan we don't really need another cenral midfielder. I think McCall was quoted as saying Furman was similar to Law anyway!

But Furman isn't our player? I thought the general feelings about loan signings was that we're better off paying wages to someone from the club? Looking to the future and all that - in 5 months time, we'll be sending Furman back to Rangers just as the new year push for promotion begins...

Furman said in the Pulse interview that the loan will be extended to the end of the season if both parties want it

I think the general feeling was we didn't want half a squad of loan players.

Nowt wrong with 1 or 2 loan additions as long as they are quality improvements on the players we already have at the club.

This hasn't been the case in previous seasons.
