hello to all the maccall ass kissers who are constantly sticking up for his crap tactics,stupid substitutions,his lack of motivational skills,rubbish stupid waste of cash on players that arnt equipped to be a success at league 2 level,before you all dive in and start sprouting names etc yes weve got a few good individuale players but as a team they arnt up to been a competative promotion team over 46 games its a fact,hes had over 70games now and were still seeing the same old same old week in week out,i for one put on here before last xmas saying very similar to wat i asm now,id support city cheap or no cheap deals,i go home and away but im getting bored shitless and i know many others are too,biggest crowds,biggest budget,why cant people voice there concerns bout wats clearly happening with this maniac in charge,we hit top spot and then the graqph is a constant slide down hill,ive seen shrewsbury,brentford,aldershot,darlington,rochdale ,lincoln,not just against us either this year and believe me there all better equipped to last the pace over 46games,the way our performances this year has gone were in trouble big time,were scraping through games,not been dominant,look sooooo shaky at the back,no midfield and we have the highest earning midfirlder in league 2 maclaren;fact,thornes a gem of a goal scorer,but needs more service,boulding im not impressed yet,then thats it,were picking cart horses like conlon,unkown players like topp,osbourne etc etc,wats our game plan? long ball? passing game? cos we dont play to a game plan and the next 3 games will make or brake our season,we have to get 7 points minimum,not only to keep in touch but to keep confidence up in the players and fans alike,i personaly cant see this happening and im fearing our season aGAIN HAS ENDED BEFORE ITS EVEN GOT GOING,darlo away very very hard game and we need to take the game to them and improve 80% ,can we do it? we have to to save our season,weve won one game in 5 ,the way we played last week and yest well its a miricle we got 4 points out of it.we shall see if our ginger god finaly gets to grip with this team and formation and starts giving us the proper team and passion we crave.

Actually Redbook, that the best post you've put on here! Ok, you've got your usual personal gripe about Macca, but as Northern says, 99% of it is fair comment.

We were all excited about strength in depth at the beginning of the season, but when you take a longer look at it - we havent actually got much cover for the players we thought we untouchable in the team (McClaren, Lee, Boulding). Now these players are a bit off the boil, there is no one suitable to replace them or push them to improve their performances.

There's a lot of teams that Improve as the season progresses, Peterborough and Hereford spring to mind last season.

Get It into your head, its a LONG season over 46 GAMES and you win promotion at the end of it not after 11 or so games.

hello to all the maccall ass kissers who are constantly sticking up for his crap tactics,stupid substitutions,his lack of motivational skills,rubbish stupid waste of cash on players that arnt equipped to be a success at league 2 level,before you all dive in and start sprouting names etc yes weve got a few good individuale players but as a team they arnt up to been a competative promotion team over 46 games its a fact,hes had over 70games now and were still seeing the same old same old week in week out,i for one put on here before last xmas saying very similar to wat i asm now,id support city cheap or no cheap deals,i go home and away but im getting bored shitless and i know many others are too,biggest crowds,biggest budget,why cant people voice there concerns bout wats clearly happening with this maniac in charge,we hit top spot and then the graqph is a constant slide down hill,ive seen shrewsbury,brentford,aldershot,darlington,rochdale ,lincoln,not just against us either this year and believe me there all better equipped to last the pace over 46games,the way our performances this year has gone were in trouble big time,were scraping through games,not been dominant,look sooooo shaky at the back,no midfield and we have the highest earning midfirlder in league 2 maclaren;fact,thornes a gem of a goal scorer,but needs more service,boulding im not impressed yet,then thats it,were picking cart horses like conlon,unkown players like topp,osbourne etc etc,wats our game plan? long ball? passing game? cos we dont play to a game plan and the next 3 games will make or brake our season,we have to get 7 points minimum,not only to keep in touch but to keep confidence up in the players and fans alike,i personaly cant see this happening and im fearing our season aGAIN HAS ENDED BEFORE ITS EVEN GOT GOING,darlo away very very hard game and we need to take the game to them and improve 80% ,can we do it? we have to to save our season,weve won one game in 5 ,the way we played last week and yest well its a miricle we got 4 points out of it.we shall see if our ginger god finaly gets to grip with this team and formation and starts giving us the proper team and passion we crave.

I would agree that most of us do crave the success you describe at the end of your diatribe.

You mention 70 games, but our team have played together now for 11 league games. Taking this into account, What do you think would be a more acceptable points tally/league position.
