Of doing **** all, we cannot defend, to let a goal in after Daley's lifeline is utterly ridiculous and becoming a bit of a joke.

Late goals are our undoing, and again we are talking about poor defending, letting a small winger win a header and score.

We deserved nothing in fairness, I don't think we played particularly well.

I think Evans is a great keeper and I'm a big fan, questionable for the first goal though. Furman lost the ball for second, O'Brien with a poor clearance, decent shot and well pushed away by Evans.

Yet again, no pressure on crosser, rubbish.

I look at Mourinho's teams (I know it's a world apart) but they were the masters at not conceding ****ing stupid goals. It's just ****.

We seem to do it all the time, concede late goals, get undone at home defending the Bradford end by players with pace, it's all getting a bit boring.

We have experienced leaders on the park, why the ****ing hell can we not just hang on, show a bit of backbone and steel?

**** me I'm depressed, I wished I'd rather watch poor Maria and Carla grieve for Liam.

The defenders were in such a poor position when that cross came in for the winner! They didn't have a chance of getting a clearance with Lee coming in from the side and Moncur from behind! **** defending has again cost us points!

We created nothing though and didn't deserve anything from the game! tdwn:

the winner was crap defending, like you say two big lads letting that hoffmeister guy in or whatever he was called, shocking. the mistakes are made all the more relevant as we just don't press teams and keep possesion, at least on this evidence (and this is the first game i've seen this season, albeit on flickery stop start internet). even with a nasa sized pc it wouldn've still looked ****.

Yet again, no pressure on crosser, rubbish.

Clarke followed the ball out to the corner then stood off and made no attempt at preventing the cross:confused:

We soaked up the pressure most the game without conceding then let a **** goal like that beat us tdwn:

McCall said the winner was an OG from Lee but i'm sick & tired of us conceding late goals. Don't know the stats but we surely let more in in the last 5 than a lot of other teams.

I agree with something Tim and Sticks said. Basically when you as crap as we were tonight, and after grabbing that equilizer out of nowhere, it doenst matter how crap the previous 89 were you can't give away such a badly defended last minute goal. Absoltuely no excuse wether its an even game, you've been battering them or theyve been battering you as was the case.

The accrington victory reminded me of reading a story today about a guy stealing 2000 ecstacy pills from a police evidence room such was the audacity of thae victory. Tonight there was no such luck. We had almost got away with it again but got entirely what we deserved, and I hate saying it.

Trouble is today we played lik an away team and sat back, something we invariably fail at doing. Factors such as a very wide pitch, superb for spreading the ball around on we just neglected to use to any effect, both wings were severely underuse, and as a result, there was never any end product coming from our attacks, until Daley did it himself.

I think McCall's saving his side a little for the upcoming games, Thorne won't be able to play all of them, and probably not Boulding either.

Overall I think I would prefer a full strength XI fielded against Bury than against Darlo, they looked poor, and we just matched them today.

Saving his side? ,,, I know we have the likes of Bower Brandon and Bullock injured but we were total bollocks last night - second to the ball nearly every time, struggling to play football - Darlo players were knocking in clever balls and to be honest we got away with a light defeat as 5-1 would have been a fairer reflection of the play and chances they enjoyed.
The rot has to stop now, or the management should be taking a serious look at themselves and if they are up to the job / task.

Bower, Brandon, Bullock, R. Boulding, M. Boulding (slight injury according to radio), Hecky all injured and Daley was doubtful before game so the squad is being tested and the quality is not as good as we thought.

O'Brien has stepped in & not let anyone down but it seems TJ, Nix and the others are struggling at the moment.

Possibly a dip into the loan market is needed if he won't play Sharry or Topp.

Everyone you talk to on here or on the street can see the midfield isn't working so why can't the management?
