I know im going to get slated for this but here is my perspective on him

1. he delays his subs too late and basically lets the game go away from us ,eg saturday
2 his tatical nounce and line up is rubbish a mean where playing a passing team not people who lump the ball up the pitch and hope for the best
play topp or at least sum 1 else there was no need for barry conlon as it wasnt a hit and hope game

3. his motivation techniques - does he have any

my team would be

----------------------evans--------------------

arnison ------- clarke --- bower (when fit or ainge) hecky

colbeck -----------sharry -----furman ----- daley or nix

-------------- thorne ----- topp (because boulding injured )

if boulding fit take sharry out put top infront of the 3 man mid field behidn the attackers

Its not the team he plays, its what he does on the training pitch and in the dressing room, the players are good enough, certainly for this league but are not doing it on the pitch

McCall needs to drop Maclaren and if he can't see what needs changing then he is not good enough to be a manager.

Its time for McCall to kick some arse's and drop a few players, Sharry in for Maclaren for me.

rumour has it that the players are forming their own groups and this is due ot the new boys thinking ther better than the rest because of the wage differences , and there for aint friends with them and wont pass to them

ah bower the forgotten man, isn't he injured too?? again someone who i would consider bringing in to keep these two centre halves on their toes. whatever the answer things aren't right so something surely must change personnel/formation wise?

Now that surprises me. I'd expect him to be a hairdryer. Where's his passion gone?

What Jhonny says is the truth. Whenever I played football at school I always passed to the opposition, because my best mate was on that side

You don't have to like each other to play together, Rooney and Ronaldo springs to mind.

What does that prove? O'Brien has been a pro for about 1 year,McLaren about 10, obviously he'll have a better car.

if that is true then they need bringing to earth with a bump, they're ****....

I cant say i thought it was tactics tonight just poor individual performnces, although that can be layed at Mccall's door.
