Didn't his last village he built nearly cripple Chelsea? Chelsea would of been fooked had Roman not come along.

Indeed Duck, this plan is typical Batesism. If the council dont give him the permissions he wants he will try and turn the club's supporters against the council. He'll say that all those facilties will benefit the club financially (yeah right!). A good trick at Chelsea Village was applying for permision for something, building something else and then asking for change of use. Did it so many times that by the time he opened the second hotel, which had permission for offices, the council had had enough and refused food and bar licences which why anyone staying there today has to go over the road for their breakfast!
