I guess this is the right section--- I have just seen on TV over the last few weeks,on and off, Jamie Oliver trying to teach Rotherham folk how to cook. I find it hard to believe that some of these folk are for real. I like to see local connections for the obvious reasons, but some of those sheilas (as they say down here) had to be seen to be believed. As someone at the office remarked----------- "if all the women in Yorkshire are like those, I can see why you came downunder" !! I tried hard to let them know that there are some very nice women in Yorkshire! I thought the guy from the mines was very impressive. Never cooked in his life, has a tough job, but he took to it and developed a healthy food attitude.
At the end of the show he was looking at doing the same thing in Bradford, UK's 6th largest city, (why haven't we got the 6th largest football club?) and he met a guy Kris Hopkins. Is he from the Council, I think I've seen his name in the paper? Has anything happened on that front 'cos I'll look out for it-might see Panther and Parrot on there. Maybe Prawnie too. Cheers.

Adie you are soft sometimes man - he's no hard man - just a big mouth, if you want hard then look no further than Prawnie - he doesn't use a screwdriver - just the power of his hand - even metal to metal - he is reet scary.
