Call me a simple man, but I'm a great believer in stability - things on the pitch aren't too bad, but more importantly things are pretty good off the pitch (eg fan base, finances etc) - IMHO off pitch performance will even more important over next couple of years, in this field we're one of the strongest in both leagues 1 & 2.
