Boring maybe but ideally we need 4 points min from these 2 games v Millers A and Chesterfield H - both look tricky games but full of goals you would expect - would get us over the 30 point mark with 18 games played and keep us placed in or near the top 3.
It's amazing what 3 weetabix can do - must dash!

I agree we have some very tough games up until just before Christmas with Dag 'n' Red and Brentford after the two games you mention but Chester, Lincoln and "Promotion chasing Morecambe" (Copyright Sammy McIlroy) should be easier before we play Shrewsbury - if we're not in the FA Cup....
I think we need to stay in the top seven until then and as close to top three as possible and then kick on when key players return....

I agree though dont forget they could be a few changes in January too which may improve us.
Theres also Colbeck and Brandon to come back who I think will provide a more creative edge too our play.

Exactly, plus the fact we've played all of the three best teams (darlo, Wycombe & shrews) away and are yet to play any of them at home, they could be big matches....
So far we have only played Exeter, Rochdale, Bury and Gillingham from the top half at home and we've won 3 drawn 1 so hopefully when these clubs come to VP we can be as strong.

yep we need to hang on to the tails of the top 2 - the 3rd place being wide open at present.

We need 1 win from one of those games or maybe even 2 draws would do.

We could probably get away with a draw at Rotherham die to the fact that they're out of the hunt for the minute, but we really could do with beating chesterfield, they're going to be up there come the end of the season IMO
