whilst attending a funeral for a friend - so the message on the Internet says - very sad - was a great player.

Another great character from football taken way too early, he was 59.

When the NotW exposed the Premiership woofters the other week, Osgood's soundbite was, "To each their own.Wouldn't have happened in my day. I wouldn't have got in the communal bath with em though". Priceless!!! RIP Ossie.

Great Talent - too young to die
however he was not a great player
once he got to 25 he didn't try in most games
used to hide in midfield
quite beyond me how so many with his level of talent underachieve
the list is enormous

Kamara - it's all opinions , but his stats show his worthy place amongst the elite - he would have revelled in todays Premiership as well.
