Anyone ever seen him play? Is he worth giving a go at this level? I've heard he has played league Football before but didn't make the grade?

He started his career at Man Utd, didn't make the grade, went to Sheff Utd and then gradually dropped down the leagues. I think that the Conference/League Two is his level.

Never knew he'd been on the books on ManYoo - must of showed some potential at some point in his early career.

From what people have told me he will struggle to make the step up. I guess you never know until it actually happens though so we shall see what happens in the close season.

Some people are late developers - perhaps this applies to Twiss?

Some people can make big steps up, look at stead to prem etc...... ashton as well is a good example, i belive every player deserves a chance!

if its the same Twiss, he finished this season with 22 goals for morcambe(?) int conference.

yep thats the one, he should be a good signing if he can handle this level.

I was talking to Hotte who plays for Scarborough in the walkabout yesterday & he said he was a "decent" player when he's played against him!

Maybe moving up two leagues would be a too hard a bridge to gap?
