According to YP this morning , Bentham Swift Penford etc offered 1 year deals and Symes given 3 months to prove his fitness levels. At least the younger ones have a chance to develop and improve and Todd seems to have cleared out a lot of dead wood. Lets hope Petta takes the hint also

I'm pleased for the lad, he deserves a bit of luck on the fitness front to see if he's got what it takes

Nah, he's got all the makings of being a good player, i'm just not as quick as everyone to put a player down for one bad game.

I was thinking more of Hearts to be honest.

We need another sky game so that the lazy git will try and put in a performance to get someone else interested. Failing that we're stuck with him till the end of his contract.

Gretna could use him for their Uefa cup campaign if he went to Scotland. Could face his old Foes Rangers in the first round.

The hope is though that Todd is finally giving youth a chance!!tup:

Petta may not find another club but as long as he's nowhere near the pitch wasting a shirt I'm happy!!

Only disappointing thing was Todd admitting that the only reason Holloway is going is because we can't afford to match his current contract!!

It seems that Queensland won't be signing Petta due to doubts over his fitness levels and salary cap restrictions, it looks as tho we will be stuck with him for another season unless Todd can make him feel really not wanted
