That leaves us with a starting line-up of probably:
Ricketts
Edghill - Wethers - Bower - Emanuel
Colbeck - Bentham - BMW - Muirhead
Windass - Symes
Benchers: Swift, Schumi, Penford, Brown.
The rest will be looking to impress to get into the starting 16 and dependent on if they are still here or not next season.
Looks like we need to bring in 2 left sided players to push Mani and force Muirhead into backup for both wings. We need 1 top central mid to force Bentham out, we need at least one keeper (perhaps we can bring Hendo home if he's fed up of Leicester) and we need 1 starting striker, 2 if we lost Forrest and Sanasy.
That's all I'd go for. We need QUALITY NOT QUANTITY.

That's not a bad starting 11, but we need a bit more coverage in depth.

A 15 goal a season striker is a must to give Windass a hand upfront!
I still feel Symes and Brown should be given a go first and then if that doesn't work out take a chance on a journeyman forward looking for his next deal.
Other than that, apart from been a small squad, the starting 11 isn't too bad.
A wide player for the left would be next on my list.

For the first time in.... well so long I can't remember, have been impressed with Todd. He's really cutting away the wasters and keeping the youngsters but he needs to carry this on by either sacking Cadders or using him as a promotional tool who plays his bollocks off to repay the club. He also needs to give Forrest and Sanasy a last chance... if he's worried about giving them a year I'm sure both would be more than happy to settle for a contract till Xmas to prove it or move on.
But the big thing he needs to do is bring in some quality who will be straight into that starting XI. No good getting more of the same we've had. We need a left back better than Emanuel, a left mid better than Emanuel/Muirhead, etc etc etc. If we can't do that then save the money and keep this starting XI and use the kids as backup.
If Todd can do all that then I may just climb out of the Todd Out clan.

Good luck to the lad. Sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders, just hope he stays in the game at some level. I'm sure somebody like Park Avenue, Farsley, Guisley would have him part time.
