I wonder if this decision was taken by Man U's non English owners?

Just alot of hot air, with Man U trying to pull the strings:rolleyes:
They would find it almost impossible to prove. As the player himself will have a say in whether he thought he was ready to play or not. He will not be considered a child or have any child like qualities by the Court; and is therefore into the mix in any writs that Man U think they will issue.
My only concern for him is that opposition players might target his foot.
I do not think any doctor would sign him off to train and play if that foot was not ready to run and kick a ball; part of the rehab is the foot taking the strain, can't be done without trying it out;they would need to prove it would not have happened if he had more rest, over to you Man U :mad:
