Is it true that Mr Rhodes has met with Kroll and they have advised him to petition the court next week for an administration order?

Edwini, something is not right and when WK is buzzing round the boards like she was yesterday, you know somethings wrong. She only looks when somethings going on and to see if anyone has leeked any information.
I read an article on The C&G site about being on the verge of a 3rd administration.

I sincerely hope we aren't going into a 3rd administration but if we do, it will be the death of the club.

Whats the point in telling people on here what they don't want to hear just to get mocked?...Now I know why the American Goverment dont tell the truth to the general population, their minds wouldn't be able to accept it!;) ...So everything is fine & dandy at VP, heard we've put a 100K bid in for John Terry this morningtup:

Let's face it, everything is up in the air and the only one who really knows what he intends for the club is Julian Rhodes himself.
I've given up making guesses. What will be will be. I hope it turns out for the best, but I'm not going to spend too much time worrying about stuff I can't alter.
The Japanese have a phrase - 'Shoganai'. It means 'it can't be helped', and it applies to things like tidal waves and earthquakes which are beyond control. Well, as far as I'm concerned the fate of the club is shoganai.

Nice to see that he has time to speak to the BCST and **** the rest of us, maybe they are all yes men who won't ask the questions that need asking.
I'd love to see a forum with either Todd or Rhodes but there is no way that is ever going to happen.

If you look on the OMB there are details of a meeting of JR and the trust which should reassure you.

Spot on, He won't even speak to us so we get drabs of info from a meeting with the trust who release snippets of info that Julian doesn't want making public.

JR and the Trust are words that wind up some members of this board -- they wont belive what either says and if they both say the same then its twice as wrong

Wouldn't the trust have to tell people if the club was up sh!t creak? whether people believe them or not I believe it's one of there duties isn't it?
ChuckleBantam

The Trust have secured their monthly meeting with Junior, because he knows that they will only tell the fans what Junior wants them to hear and that won't be the truth. So anything coming from Trust Towers must be taken with a large pinch of salt.

The Trust will act as a very usefull propaganda machine (without even realising it) for the powers that be at City - nothing more, nothing less......

Surely news like that would be announced to the city and their own web site first rather than in the BCFC community?

It was the city and he did not have many shares anyway so this is a none story.

Maybe when Julian breaks this train set, Prof Rhodes will buy him a new one with the £75m, Burnley isn't far away.

I would think they would, Ed. Maybe not a "duty" as you put it but in terms of the bigger picture yes I think they owe it to fans in general to communicate where such a situation arose. My view at the mo would be the situation is not as people might think and therefore no need to panic. I would hope that some consideration is being given to planning a communication strategy so that the Club can affect better comms with all fans and if there are concerns about the finances then steps are being taken to put that right.
If a bolt-out-of-the-blue announcement was made without any consideration of what to do the only thing that would achieve would be panic, if indeed there is anything to panic about.
Still it's now Monday the 7th, 3 days after this rumour surfaced - any truth in it? I assume this is just supposition again that is debated to its death because we all care so much.
