as Dave Penney has left the club, feels he has taken them as far as he can.
Has done a pretty good job with them, but I can't think of any vacancies at other clubs at the moment.

Maybe the board told him they were selling a star player over his head or he couldn't get any funds for a new player he wanted?
I bet im nearer the mark as the transfer window closes soon;)

Morris and his board now face the onerous task of replacing the 42-year-old who has left the club he steered from the Conference to Coca-Cola League One in successive seasons by mutual consent.
"Of course it's a sad day," Morris told PA Sport. "But both parties feel Dave has taken the club as far as he can - we're sympathetic with that view.
"It was something we both agreed on. Dave and I get on very well and talk most days and we had chats. We felt it was best for everybody."
Morris conceded he did not know whether Penney, who spent three years as a player at Belle Vue before taking over as manager from Steve Wignall in December 2001, had new offers to consider.
"I'm sure he'll want to bounce back into management at some time, but whether he's got something lined up, I don't know.
