It says Tevez is going to West Ham, that surely must be a wind up, why would you turn down Arsenal and Man U to go to West Ham?

Argentina World Cup forward Carlos Tevez claims he is about to join West Ham along with national team colleague Javier Mascherano.
The double signing would represent a massive - and expensive - coup for the Hammers if it was to come off as both players were among Argentina's most impressive performers in Germany.
A statement on Tevez's personal website: "Carlitos Tevez, along with his team-mate Javier Mascherano, signs a contract to play for West Ham United of England."

Tevez and Mascherano to West Ham!! Nearly choked on my cornflakes when I heard that one on the wireless. ten I remembered that MSI, who are their agents, were linked witha possible takeover of the club last year and it all makes sense. If they do well at Upton Park then they'll move on after a while I suppose. Amazing deal and it will be great to see them playing in the Prem.

I thought Tevez was going to Chelsea - done deal a while back, obviously not!!
Can't wait to see em both in the premier league - and glad they're playing for a club like the Hammers too!! One of the reasons i go out on Friday nights rather than Saturday is because MOTD is essential viewing, players like this make sitting at home with a Chinese and a few beers on a Sat night a great night in, IMO tup: tup: tup:

I said on here Billy that I thought Tevez would go to Chelsea but MSI are part owned by Boris Berezovsky who is an enemy of Abramovich, apparently. I note that they are going to West Ham on loan, so they could well move on after this season. Think I may well be taking myslef up to upton Park sometime soon.

Andy O'Brien could be forced to make a decision over his future before midnight which he knows will have repercussions at international level.
O'Brien has found himself frozen out of the first-team picture at Portsmouth at the start of this season under boss Harry Redknapp, and could now be on his way out of Fratton Park.
With the transfer deadline due to close tonight, the Republic of Ireland centre-back has been told the club are willing to listen to offers for his services.
However, it is understood the only interest so far has come from a Coca-Cola Championship club willing to take O'Brien on loan.

Like you say Euro it looks like they could be using West Ham as a stepping stone, not that the Irons fans will be bothered like!!..;)
Its a shame about O Brien, he's going backwards rather than progressing like he should have done - mind you it didn't help that he was the scapegoat for Newcastles **** defence, when its that fookin joker Bramble who's the dogshit one - then they signed Boumsoung PMSL - if they'd have got shot of Bramble, forgotton about Boumsoung and signed a decent centre half to play alongside O Brien he'd still be doing allright IMO!!

BURGESS GOES TO THE SEASIDERS
Hull have sold striker injury-plagued striker Ben Burgess to Blackpool in a deal worth up to £100,000.
The 25-year-old had failed to make a start this season under new boss Phil Parkinson and was seen as surplus to requirements.
His recent Carling Cup goal against Tranmere was his first since scoring against Millwall in the league back in September 2005, although he has played few games in that time due to injury.
Burgess has joined the Seasiders for an initial fee of £25,000, which could rise to £100,000 after he has made 30 appearances for the Lancashire club.
Burgess follows Keith Andrews out of the KC Stadium and his departure is expected to pave the way for the arrival of Ipswich striker Nicky Forster or Bradford City veteran Dean Windass.
