I don't blame him for our defeat yesterday but remember this is the SECOND time he's allowed play to continue while one of our players has being felled with a head injury, the other being Schumacher at VP against Oldham a few years ago.

I can't understand how the man gets away with such appalling decisions almost EVERY game he officiates if reports from other supporters are to be believed.

All I can say is im sure if he weren't a token "ethnic" he wouldn't get anywhere near refereeing a football league match!

How long before his actions leave a player seriously injured or even killed?
Hi Parrot. This is a very disturbing post obviously made in good faith, and I wonder if the club have the same view and if they have followed up with an official complaint.Coming soon after the last complaint which resulted in a referees apology, this might be appropriate.
The question of his competency needs to be addressed and can't be ignored. The head injury could have been very serious and his inaction could have caused further problems because of the time factor.
The other worrying aspect is the "token ethnic". What's the country come to if it allows that? Surely ability is the only criteria. Do they not have assessors in the stand at every match?
Maybe you might write to Mark Lawn to see if the club have registered a complaint. It sure sounds like it needs to be debated in the open and not just our message board. Cheers.
