Who would anyone actually want to replace him??

I think we should take advantage of Darlo's plight and steal their manager Dave Penny who has a record of over acheiving with teams at this level with both Darlo & Donny. He is what we would need as would have the experience etc to give these players a kick up the **** thats needed.

I would love to see Stuart here next year as that would mean we have gone up but based on what Ive seen really I just cant see it.

There are enough decent managers out there that would sort us out. Danny Wilson is another one.
Please can no-one put stupid unrealistic ones like Jewell & Boothroyd as we need to think of financial problems with that as they wont work for next to nothing.

Up or down, McCall should stay at least another season cos in reality, with the players he has brought in, who would have thought they would perform as bad as lately, bearing in mind, automatic promotion is still a possibility, ok weve hit a bad patch, but whos to say any of the top
six or seven wont do the same between now and may, and city have a good runnin to the end of season. as already stated,the fans can play a big part now by really getting behind the team,
and not by chanting anti L**ds songs all day but true grit City songs

Thing is, we would all be moaning at his hoof ball tactics. I personally wouldnt want Wilson. Good shout on Dave Penny though, but wouldnt compensation be an issue? What about Alan Knill?

I doubt Wethers would take the job permanantly... he hated it last time and got a lot more grief than Macca is getting now.
